We advocate for you to prioritize living your values, gathering new memories, and embracing your nearest and dearest people, not worrying about the tasks and logistics. By partnering with you to know what matters most to your heart and knowing how to create FOR you, we give you the gift of being free to be present and an active participant in the magic unfolding during one of your most special times.

As a true sentimental, I care most about the small, nostalgic, and cherished things in life. I find so much joy in supporting you in your greatest endeavors, celebrating your big and small wins, and being a constant source of encouragement and advocacy throughout the process of designing and planning your celebration. On a very human level, I admire you for your grit, tenacity, and vulnerability in even considering allowing someone into this special time in your life in such a personal and deep way – because I view the role of designing and planning your celebration as one rooted deeply in the trusting and secure relationship we cultivate with one another.
My passion for creating wedding celebrations authentically and boldly first stemmed from realizing that there was an opportunity to blend the freedom and empowerment that comes from elopements and smaller celebrations with the atmosphere of a larger celebration for couples who crave the community and togetherness of a traditional wedding. Collaborating with you to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood while celebrating the past, present, and future of your relationship is where my heart is inexplicably connected to my work and expertise.
I’m not someone who’s ever felt particularly drawn to the glitz and glamour of the wedding industry. While I’ve always possessed a creative artistic side and a passion for relationships, I didn’t find my own unique way to intertwine the two until 2018. Wildly Yours was born when I was still working as an ICU nurse in a large metropolitan medical center searching for my own way to hold space for life’s most joyous moments, rather than just the saddest ones. After realizing that I can support people in deeply personal ways through storytelling design, artful planning, and logistically sound event creation, I found my own way to lean into this newfound passion and find an unexpected talent that I never knew I had. Taking one giant leap of faith into business ownership landed me here, with a full-time design and planning firm based in Kansas City and serving couples all across the country.
My journey has continued to evolve further as I continued to recognize my underlying passion for the human connection and growth that underlies love and relationships. After leaving the medical field following the COVID-19 pandemic, I completed my Master’s degree in Marriage & Family therapy and opened my private practice, True Grit Co., in 2024. I now find purpose, passion, and meaning in connecting with couples and their nearest + dearest people and supporting them throughout their wedding planning journey by integrating my relational knowledge and expertise into the ways in which I design and curate elements of wedding celebrations.
